This policy explains what information Adyright Media collects through adyright.com, why we collect it, where it is stored and how you can ask us to change or delete it. It applies to visitors from India and from other countries, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your agreement.
Form submissions are received and stored by our website host, Netlify, and a copy is sent to our business email. WhatsApp messages are handled through WhatsApp. These providers may store data outside your country under their own privacy terms.
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted when they are no longer needed, and in any case within 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as needed for the work and for legal and accounting requirements.
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, local laws such as India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, the UK GDPR, Canada's PIPEDA or Australia's Privacy Act may give you additional rights. We will respond to any request within 30 days.
Our site links to Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and Google. Those services have their own privacy policies, which apply when you use them.
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive personal data through our forms.
